Canlease is proudly the largest equipment finance broker in Atlantic Canada. Our team is based here and many of our clients live here. We are looking to grow our business and seeking the ideal individual who enjoys servicing clients in a fast-paced, collaborative, professional, and rewarding environment. Our customers are businesses who sell equipment. Simply put,  we provide the products and funds so that our customers can sell their equipment with tax-efficient payments. Don’t worry, there is lots to learn! Canlease will provide extensive training and support to the candidate that meets our preferred profile.

THE IDEAL CANIDATE

As a Vendor Relationship Specialist, you will be required to:

  • Service, cultivate, and grow a stable of customers by maintaining and building mutually beneficial relationships from the populous city of Moncton through to Halifax and surrounding regions
  • Have a consistent track record (MIN 2+ years) outside selling experience to B2B clients & excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • LOVE to be on the road contacting new customers on the daily and have your evenings and weekends to yourself (yes, you will need your own vehicle for this)
  • Have a remote home office with the flexibility that it offers, and also work well with a remote team who is dedicated to our client experience
  • Understand that building a client base will take time and determination (and lots of patience). You will be enthusiastic in investing the time & hard work required to thrive at this position
  • Have no income limitations

 

WHAT WE OFFER

Get excited! You should expect to earn an above average income in your first year with increases as you GROW and MAINTAIN your stable of productive clients. Renumeration for the position includes (and this component will be gone through in depth if you are selected):

  • base salary
  • commissions on growth
  • bonus on production
  • repayment of expenses incurred
  • health plan
